The foundation

Fundación Impulso y Cooperación was created with the commitment to work from civil society to strengthen good governance in institutions and development cooperation.

We believe a fairer society is possible, with honest and open institutions that uphold values such as human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law, social welfare and respect for human rights in our country.

Our vision

A more united, fair and caring Spain, with institutions that serve the common good and respect citizens’ equality and freedom.

Our mission

We work for a Spain that is socially and territorially cohesive, and for fair, transparent institutions that serve everyone.

We work to strengthen Spain’s social and territorial cohesion

Defending the Constitution

For institutions that uphold constitutional values and represent constitutional symbols.

02

Efficient public administration

For more rational structures and greater cooperation between institutions.

03

Institutional neutrality

For public administrations that serve everyone, free from party bias and corruption.

04

Respect for diversity

For institutions that guarantee citizens’ language rights in education and in dealings with public administrations.

Partner organisations

Fundación Impulso y Cooperación works closely with, and supports projects of, organisations that work for a fairer, more cohesive Spain that respects the rule of law.
